Owen Springs was established in 1983 and became a member of the OSL Group of Companies in 2006. In 2007 British Springs, also an OSL member of the OSL Group of Companies, was merged with Owen Springs to form the Owen Springs company you find today. It is therefore our pleasure to welcome not only existing Owen Springs customers, but also British Springs customers visiting us for the first time.

The new Owen Springs has a very experienced team with considerable technical and practical knowledge of the Spring Industry. In our technical library we have designs for over 6,000 different types of springs and we can assist in any new design concept or applications for these types of springs. We are able to quickly manufacture any type of multi leaf spring and our proud boast is that we can often offer a same day service.

We have a unique ability in the UK to manufacture and supply all types of parabolic taper leaf springs and we again have a comprehensive and extensive library which covers this type of springs.

We offer and provide a wide range of high quality, BRITISH MADE, springs to the vintage car, bus, commercial and rail market, throughout Europe.

We also stock a full and varied range of u-bolts, shackle pins, bushes and other accessories; we can offer a "one-stop shop" for your spring requirements.

The company operates from modern, purpose-built manufacturing facilities at Rotherham where it has extensive warehousing and also from its distribution depot at Darlington.
